How to place an online pickup order?
For Cookies: select Gluten Free or Regular, select quantity of cookies then add to cart.
For Bread: Select Half Loaf or Full Loaf, select quantity then add to cart.
At checkout: select Shipping or Pickup (Shipping is set as default). If selecting Pickup: make sure to include Date and Time under the “Pickup Date and Time/Additional Notes” section.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting payments via PayPal and all major credit cards. We do also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If none of your pickup days and times work for me, what can I do?
Please send an email to contact@cafegureum.com to discuss other options. We can also ship out your items if you are far enough from the pickup location.
I want to order for an event, but it’s outside of your pickup days. What can I do?
If you are ordering for an event or a large order and wish to pick it up outside of regular pickup hours and days, please reach out to contact@cafegureum.com. If the order is large enough, we may be able to accommodate it by making a reservation. For large orders, all sales are final, and cancellation will not be an option.
How far in advance should I order?
Place your orders for shipping or pickup at any time throughout the week. Please keep place orders 48hours in advance if for pickup.
For local pickups: you will receive an email notification that your order is ready to be picked up.
Shipping Orders will be sent out on Mondays for the fastest and safest delivery.
Can someone else pick up my order?
While the person placing the order is preferred for pickup, in cases where that is not possible, please send an email with your order number and the name and number of the person who will be picking up your order. We want to ensure that your order is picked up by the right person :)
Do you have a minimum for orders?
We do not require a minimum purchase.
However, for delivery orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $50!
What is your cancellation policy?
For pickup orders, we allow customers to cancel 24 hours in advance. If there is an emergency on the day of pickup, we ask that you contact us immediately so we can discuss other options.
For delivery orders, we want orders to be cooled, packed, and ready to ship the day they are made to ensure the most fresh experience once delivered. In order to accomplish this, we are enforcing a 48 hour policy to cancel your order. If you miss that window, your order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. Please understand as these items will end up in the trash if they are cancelled after they are made. Breads, in particular, get prepped 48 hours before the day of pickup.

Do you also offer shipping?
We offer shipping nationwide with a flat rate of $10 at no minimum purchase. Orders will ship free with purchases of $50 or more!

Not all of our products will be available for shipping due to the type of product and its sensitivity to transport. When placing your order, you will see that some items will have a (pickup only) note listed next to the product name. If you try to checkout for delivery, it will not let you.
How do I know my order will be delivered fresh?
All shipped orders will be frozen prior to shipment. Freezing sweets actually locks in freshness and flavor and will ensure the safe transport of goods to your destination. All orders will be packed tightly to prevent damage and contamination, but we cannot control how the carriers handle your package.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Please reach out to contact@cafegureum.com. It will depend on the size of your order.
Do you offer Gluten Free or Vegan products?
Currently, we are offering select gluten-free options, like cookies, but no vegan options at this time. We hope to expand more of our gluten-free options and introduce vegan products in the future.
Why are your prices so high compared to actual bakeries?
Each product and order is handmade from scratch with the best and highest-quality ingredients. We are dedicated to providing the best quality treats to our precious customers. We strive to do our best to keep the prices reasonable, but we ask our beloved customers to understand and respect the hard work, care, and time dedicated to each and every order we make.
